Optional managed model usage costs effective provider token cost multiplied by 1.05, applied once. For example, $1.00 of provider token usage costs $1.05 before any separately disclosed tax. Prices are in USD. No subscription, seat fee, prepaid bundle or paid agent quota is required.

• The person who starts a run pays for its model usage, including delegated agents, routing, summaries, compaction and model-based learning calls.
• Set a persistent allowance shared across your workspaces and concurrent runs, or explicitly choose uncapped usage. The allowance includes the 5% markup and excludes separately disclosed tax.
• Stripe collects daily off-session charges after you save a payment method and accept usage consent. Small balances carry forward until the payment minimum is reached.
• Canceling a run still bills verified usage already incurred. Resetting the allowance preserves unpaid invoices and pending usage.
• Failed payment pauses new managed requests. Your account provides invoices and payment recovery.

Managed usage requires explicit payment consent and an allowance choice. Your account shows usage by run, model and workspace, and links to invoices. Account settings remain accessible without a saved payment method.
